DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY
For products that are in stock, we ship within 24-72 hours from the time you place your order. We ship via our logistic service or several of the major mail carriers.Due to the logistic reason presently we have delivery only on Maharashtra, Karnataka,Tamilnadu, Puduchery,Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala.Any Product booked on the Website will be delivered within 7-15 working days from date of booking of order on the Website subject to successful realization of payment made against the said Order.We offer FREE SHIPPING at present and that may change in future .
It is practically impossible to deliver the heavy furniture in boxes but we take care appropriate wrapping procedures in order to deliver the furniture in safe mode.
In case User books Order of multiple Products in one transaction, the Company would endeavor to ship all Products together. However, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics and/or logistics’ issues. If User purchases multiple Products in single transaction, then all the Products would be shipped to a single shipping address given by User. If User wishes to ship Products to different addresses, then User should book separate orders based on delivery addresses.
Taking Delivery of your Order
Inspect your order do not accept an order if box is physically damaged. Contact Customer Support and inform them of the damage immediately
Exceptions to Our Shipping and Delivery Policy
The following exceptions will require extended shipment and/or delivery times:
- Products that are normally stocked but that are temporarily out of stock.
- Products that are not normally stocked and must therefore be special ordered.
- Delivery pin code is not supported by major couriers. In this case we ship by Speed Post which takes a 4-5 days longer.
- In case of wrong delivery address, phone number and if the authorised phone numbers are out of order or do not attending.
Delays in Shipping
On occasion, we may experience an unforeseen delay in the shipment of your order. In such a case, you will be notified via email by Rub-le Industries . When delayed shipments become ready to ship, we will email you unless you contact us and choose to cancel any portion of your order that has not been shipped.
If Your Order Does Not Arrive On Time
If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery timeframe please let us know. Tracking information is provided via email for most orders. On occasion, orders may become lost in transit, delivered to the wrong address, or consigned to a person other than yourself. This may include a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or property manager. Packages may also be left at your front door, garage, or in a location hidden from plain view. If for some reason, your delivery has not been received within the specified timeframe and cannot be located with the tracking information provided, please contact us.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged
Check the packing and DO NOT take delivery of a product that has been damaged. If for any reason you are unable to reject accepting the product from the courier, inform Customer service within 24 hours and we will ship out a replacement.
